This is a set of  10 new claw tees . These do the same thing as the  regular brush tees, except that at your local Pro they will be well over £10

The whole rationale behind these tees is quite simply:

If you think about it, when you are using your driver the club head should be reaching speeds 100mph+ at the point of impact. At this speed even the slightest resistance to motion will effect the result of your drive. These tees are designed to reduce the amount of friction and therefore reduce the amount of distance sapping backspin

As an added bonus since the ball is spinning less the effects of any hook or slice are also lessened. They are also far more durable than a traditional wooden tee and each one should easily last you around 3 to 4 rounds (again depending on conditions and how you are playing !).

The 100mm is recommended for the big 450cc headed drivers, with 65mm for all the other woods - although you can of course use either as they both have 30mm of "brush" available.
