Making a Purchase

Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our shop, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into your shopping basket. After you have finished your selection, click on "Checkout" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.

We accept credit card payments, including Switch, Visa, AMEX, Diners Club and Mastercard all via Paypal and Nochex. Don't worry if you are not a member as there is no need to join - you can pay without joining and still be sure you have an absolutely safe and secure payment facility. If you are shopping from outside the UK, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to your own currency. 

If you'd prefer not to buy online, then simply give us a call on 08700-429-819 and we'll take your details over the phone, or just send us a cheque (although we do retain the right to wait for it to clear before we ship your goods). More details are below.

You may cancel your order within 7 days of your receipt of the goods, and we will refund to your card within 7 days of cancellation.  We aim to respond to all complaints within 5 working days, we will also endeavour to keep you informed throughout the process.

Regarding orders shipped to the nominated shipping address that are returned to us as 'uncalled for'. To have the order posted again you will be liable for paying the original postage costs again prior to the order being shipped out. If you subsequently cancel the order you will be entitled to a refund minus the costs of postage.   Your statutory rights are not affected.

Alternative ways to Order

If you are unsure about placing an order through our online shop, you are welcome to call us instead and we'll take your card details over the 'phone.  All the details are on our contact us page and we will be happy to help you.

Alternatively, you can place an order through our online shop and choose 'Pay by cheque or postal order'.  If you choose this payment option during checkout, please print two copies of your order receipt and return one copy to us with payment. Your order will be posted after we have received payment from you (but please note that we retain the right to wait for you payment to clear before we despatch your goods). Postal payments are in United Kingdom currency only.

Shipping and Handling

Postage and shipping costs are calculated during the checkout process (as appropriate) and clearly displayed before you are asked to complete your order.  We are happy to post orders to a different address than that of your home address - please note that this does not apply for orders shipped to an international destination.

All higher value orders are posted using Signed-for delivery. This means that you must sign for your order at the point of delivery.  There are no exceptions to this rule, so please do not ask!

Delivery Schedule

We aim to despatch all orders within 24 hours of cleared funds being received. This means that most UK orders are delivered within 2 to 4 working days. If an item is out of stock, we will notify you of this and offer you the choice of waiting, choosing an alternative item of equal value or refunding that part of your order. 

Tax Charges

All quoted prices include VAT at 17.5% where applicable. This will be charged on all items sold outside of the UK unless you provide us with a valid VAT number for your country.
